Prices and Deadlines
Transparency of the pricing policy is one of the advantages of the service. Surfing the company's page, you will notice a dedicated Pricing section that provides detailed information about the costs of the available services. As specified on the website, you can use the service for free, but you will still have to create an account. Striving to get access to more extraordinary options, customers will have to pay $10 a month. Read the information on the website carefully to avoid any mistakes and unnecessary surprises.
Available Types of Papers
Browsing the company website, I noticed a lot of information about generic paper writing offered by the platform. Besides, there were multiple details about other services students and content creators can take advantage of. Apart from the automatically generated text, there is a chance to get the existing essay rewritten, rephrased, and summarized. Opt for the best subscription plan that will meet your expectations and comply with the requirements. If you need extra solutions, Notion will not be the option, as it is focused on the specified services only.
Paper Quality and My Experience Using Notion.so
The simplicity of the website, the affordability of Notion AI cost, and a plethora of other factors are nothing compared to the quality of the provided services. Therefore, after comparing Notion AI vs ChatGPT, I decided to test the first one and see if it was worth appreciation at all. It did not take me a lot of time to sign up and get the desired subscription. Additionally, it is indispensable to mention Notion AI prompts that made the process even simpler and more beneficial.
As for the quality of the paper I got, I was confused, as it was not even close to what I expected to receive. The first sentence of the paper sounded too artificial. Additionally, even though the text was generated in a few minutes, it took a few hours for me to edit and proofread it.
Paper Extras
Is Notion AI free? Absolutely not, as you will have to sign up for the account just to test the service. Are there multiple perks and extras for customers who have a subscription to the platform? From my personal experience, I can tell that the company does not offer a decent range of extraordinary options. There are no in-text citations, reference finder, research assistant, plagiarism checker, or similar solutions clients can take advantage of.
Plagiarism
After reading numerous reviews, I was determined to check the text I get from the service and see if it contains plagiarism. Do you know how to get Notion AI plag check? Just order it from a third-party platform because the service does not have a built-in originality checker. If you are convinced that Notino is the online editor that can guarantee the 100% uniqueness of your essays, forget about it. The essay I received was 20% plagiarized. Did I get a refund for poor-quality paper? It was not even considered to be low-quality, as the company warned customers about the possible cases of plagiarism, which is ridiculous.
Refund and Revision Policies
What are the factors that prove the dependability of the service? Money-back and revision policies are the inevitable aspects that contribute to the safety of the company. How does Notion AI work in this aspect?
Browsing the Notion website, I did not get any information about the free revisions customers can get. As for the refund policy, there are multiple instances when it is available. Most of them are related to the wrong choice of the subscription plan or similar issues.
Online Reputation
When I first noticed the page of the Notion AI writing platform, I was impressed by the simple and intuitive website, so I was ready to get a subscription. However, there was something about the company that made me doubt its dependability. Therefore, I decided to check its online reputation and customers' feedback.
To my surprise, Notion AI mobile and web versions were quite popular among customers. At the same time, some reviews warned customers to be careful with the safety issues. In a few cases, the automating process resulted in the disclosure of personal information. The rating of the service is average among customers, so the reviews did not really help me make the final choice.
Support and Communication
Do you have any questions about the platform and its services? You can spend a lot of time searching for the available communication channels on the website, but you will still fail. It seems that you can only write an email to the support agents and wait for the team to reply. Additionally, it is inevitable to mention that the representatives of Notion AI are rarely interested in your problems, so chances are you will only get the answer in a few hours.
Final Thoughts
What is Notion AI? It is another disappointment for me, as instead of an impeccable text, I received a plagiarized something not worth attention. The absence of the live chat option makes the use of the available tools much more complicated. Can I recommend the platform as a trustworthy content creating solution? Absolutely not. Search for alternative options if you do not want to waste your time and money.
