Prices, Deadlines and Discounts

I liked that grademiners online company offers writing assistance within an hour, but in such a case, the price for my paper increases to $44.74 per page. However, having received my essay of poor quality and writing this grademiners review, I do not recommend ordering a paper with such a short time frame on this website. It is better to find a reliable platform and place an order in advance.

Grademiners Writers

During the ordering process, every student has a chance to select the professional who will be working on the assignment. According to Grade miners reviews, the students who select “the best writers available” get the papers of ultimately low quality. If you opt for the top and premium-level scholars, you get a chance to receive a structured and consistent text.

Grademiners Features

Free revisions, an opportunity to select the writer working on your project, a chance to get a status update on your mobile phone, and an array of other extra options are usually appreciated by the customers.

How to Make an Order at Grademiners

Although I was ready for a long and tiresome ordering process, as it was described in one Grademiners review, it took me around 15 minutes to deal with it. In fact, the undertaking is simple and can be accomplished in three simple steps.

1. Type of work and deadline. This is the first and the most informative step that takes the most time and requires the most attention. The student should mention the type of the paper, number of pages, academic level, deadline, formatting requirements and other specifications of the work. Additionally, there is an opportunity to select the writer from three available options (best one available, top and premium writer).
2. Additional paper details. At this stage, you should be more specific when describing your assignment. Mention the specifications of the paper, its features and characteristics that should be met.
3. Extra services. Pick the additional options offered by the company. Confirm the order, pay for it and get it delivered within the specified time.

Terms of Use

Now, I would like to pay attention to their guarantees in my GradeMiners.com review:

• • Money-back guarantee. Grademiners service guarantees a full refund if they missed the deadline or if a paper is not unique, what a customer has to prove with a special plagiarism report. But money-back is possible if a client has not downloaded the written paper. So, if a user fulfills the conditions, then they return the money within 2-4 weeks.
  • Free revisions. They guarantee an unlimited number of free revisions, but within two weeks after the order delivery and after this time, customers have to pay for revisions of papers. It seems like a fair and good condition, but support agents made every effort to delay the revision of my essay. I had to spend a lot of time and effort to require a free revision, but even after that, I did not get a paper of good quality.

Support

I believe when a client contacts the customer support assistance, he/she expects a friendly attitude and professional help from them. But in my GradeMiners review, I cannot use these adjectives to describe the work of support agents. Firstly, I had to wait for a long time for their response, and it was about 5 hours!

Secondly, grademiners support did not respond in online chat and I had to register in the messenger. In my opinion, their guarantee of "24/7 Support" is a complete lie. Thirdly, as I wrote above, they do everything possible so that students do not get free revisions.

Finally, working on an unbiased and comprehensive Grademiners.com review, I should mention that there are three main ways to contact the representatives of the team, including a live chat, phone and email. Unfortunately, none of them seem fast and effective, with live chat being the most convenient.
