Prices & Deadlines

The prices that the service offers are average. They are not the highest I’ve seen, but they are also not the lowest. In such a case, it’s better to judge the service considering the quality, which in this case was lower than I expected. What I liked is that they offer a 1-hour deadline. I don’t know whether they can meet it because mine was five days and they failed to send me my order on time. Well, of course, 40 minutes is not critical, but if I had had to submit the paperwork by some particular time and didn’t consider the possible delays, I would have failed to present my paperwork. Discounts and Promo Codes

In one of HelpfulPapers reviews, I saw that the service offers promo codes and decided to find them. It wasn’t complicated. But what I didn’t like is that some of them were expired and that they are only 5 %.

How to Make an Order at HelpfulPapers

Order placement consists of three steps. First, you must provide basic information about the required paperwork, its type, deadline, and quantity of pages. And you also have to tell your email and create the password at this point. And I think it’s the main disadvantage. I don’t want to create an account before I know the final price. After that, you can add some useful extras, like an originality report (an additional almost $10, when you can check the originality free of charge online) or an urgent expert assignment (another $20). And finally, you can choose your service plan and proceed with payment.

Paper Quality and Personal Experience

In a nutshell, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the received paperwork. I ordered a 3-page book review of the Pride and Prejudice novel with a 5-day deadline. There were not many mistakes or typos, and the language was not poor, though I felt the writer wasn’t a native speaker. But that was not the main problem. The thing is that I’ve read the book, but the author didn’t. The work, in my opinion, was written based on the movie with Keira Knightley and the original novel. Plus, I can hardly call it a review; it was more a retelling of a story. And as I’ve mentioned earlier, the deadline was not met.

Plagiarism

I checked my paperwork using Grammarly and it was original. I also haven’t seen many HelpfulPapers.com reviews saying about plagiarism. So I can make a conclusion that it’s not a frequent issue.

Revisions and Refund Policy

There is a possibility of free revision, but remember that you have to fulfill several conditions to receive it (as you can see on the screen below). And their refund conditions are a bit crazy as for me. Just read the following condition: If an order has been paid for, but a freelance expert has not been allocated to a project, whereas a Customer informed that they wish to cancel an order, a refund of 80% from the total amount paid by a Customer will be provided. I’m curious, why 80? No one started to write my paperwork; no one was even assigned. Then why on Earth can I not cancel the order and receive a 100% refund? And for some reason, I didn’t see many reviews for HelpfulPapers.com asking the same question.

Service Features

In my review of HelpfulPapers.com I want to say that even though I didn’t like the quality of the paperwork I received, there were several features that I liked. For example, Read my Essay, Conclusion writer, or Instant plagiarism checker can be really helpful when you are stuck with your homework.

Support and Communication

I didn't ask the support team any questions because in general the site is rather user friendly. But the chat with the support that was constantly appearing in the corner of my screen, was irritating me all the time.
