JustDoMyHomework Types of Services Provided

While the full lists of paper types and subjects are quite extensive, the Just Do My Homework core offers to include three services:

1. Writing from scratch
2. Editing/proofreading
3. Presentation

Unlike other essay mills, this company doesn't offer much in terms of business writing assistance. The best you can get is a business plan, while the rest of the services are all tied to academia.

Prices & Deadlines

At first glance, the rates seem reasonable, starting at $15 per page. But a closer look reveals the price is valid for orders with a 10-day deadline and high-school-level writing. The rest of us have to pay more. For example, my 4-page-long Literature essay cost around $70 before discount, and that's with ten days to spare. When I experimented with the deadline and set it at one week, the price increased by $8.

JustDoMyHomework Discounts and Promo Codes

If you don't find the first-time order discount on the website, make sure to ask a support agent for a promo code. They will usually provide a code for 10% to 15% off. Of course, it will only work once, but it's still a good way to test the website. Once you become a regular, expect to find deals in your Inbox every once in a while. Moreover, a referral program awards $30 for every friend you refer, though it only works for the people who order writing services.

Paper Quality and Personal Experience

After getting an A for the essay I bought, I agree with positive reviews on Justdomyhomework.com. However, it took some doing to get to that point. I chose a relatively boring topic of dictatorship in 1984 by George Orwell and the parallels found in the modern world. Still, the writer ignored my instructions and wrote a literary analysis without drawing on any current examples. Overall, the ideas were well-articulated in a logical and clear structure. However, it took a couple of revision rounds to get the paper I wanted.

JustDoMyHomework Revisions and Refund Policy

You are entitled to free revisions within 14 days of getting the paper, as long as your instructions don't contradict the initial order. And that's where this Justdomyhomework.com review takes a turn for the worse. The writer did not understand my initial instructions and, instead of clarifying the issue with me, went along with their vision of the essay. It took me a few hours to convince the support team that the writer was in the wrong. In the end, I got a much-improved version of the essay, but I feel like a better communication setup is necessary to avoid such conflicts.

The refund policy is pretty ambiguous. Your chances of getting the money back hinge on the decision of the Quality Assurance Team. And the terms clearly state that orders with deadlines of 6 hours and less may not be refunded at all.

Support and Communication

While I'm mostly happy with the support team's efforts, I still feel that a direct line to the writer would have improved my experience. It may not be an issue for everyone, but going through the support team to clarify my instructions was a pain and took too much time.
