Smartwritingservice.com Review

Smartwritingservice Reviews & Online Reputation

The online rating and reputation of the essay writing platform are the factors that help me understand how trusted and reliable the company is. Striving to find reviews for Smartwritingservice.com, I got a little bit puzzled. It seemed that some facts about the service were fake. The company is not reviewed on Trustpilot, which is one of the most reputable review platforms on the market. Additionally, there are only 12 positive reviews on Sitejabber, left for 10 years of experience. Doesn't it sound suspicious? Although the Smartwritingservice.com rating was high, it did not add some confidence about the dependability of the platform.

Customer Complaints

As for the third-party review websites, I managed to find a few comments that differed from the ones available on the company website. In the overwhelming majority of instances, customers are dissatisfied with late submissions, which seem to be common. Additionally, the cases of plagiarism in the papers are not exceptional. Some customers highlight the absence of essay proofreading, as the papers frequently contain lots of mistakes and typos.

Smartwritingservice at Social Media

Do you want to get extra information about the company? Forget about it! The company is not represented on social media, so the information specified on the website seems to be the only source of data.

Types of Services Provided

As for the variety of academic writing services the company offers, I was genuinely impressed.

1. Essay writing
2. Report
3. Term paper
4. Coursework
5. PowerPoint presentation
6. Multiple choice question
7. Book review
8. Dissertation and others

Prices & Deadlines

Following some of the Smartwritingservice.com reviews, the prices on the website are quite reasonable, but the final costs of the projects may be completely different from what is estimated. On average, a single page of an undergraduate-level paper delivered in more than 14 days will cost a student $15. Nonetheless, the price will grow depending on the academic level of the project, its deadline, the number of pages, and a few other factors.

Discounts and Promo Codes

Unfortunately, neither a new customer nor a return one can get a discount, which is disappointing.

Smartwritingservice Writers

There are three types of writers available on the website, including the best available, advanced, and top 10. While you will not have to pay extra getting your assignment done by the best available expert, be ready to spend an extra 25% and 40% to the order price hiring advanced and top writers correspondingly.

How to Make an Order at Smartwritingservice

The ordering process was quite trivial and simple. It presupposed a few steps:

1. Fill in the form, mentioning key information about the paper
2. Add extra requirements and essay specifications
3. Choose extra services
4. Confirm an order and pay for it
5. Get the project delivered

Paper Quality and Personal Experience

The ordering process was fast and did not take more than 10 minutes. I was confused when I realized that the real price of the Psychology essay was almost twice as high as estimated. A 3-page essay on Psychology, called “Is leadership an innate or acquired personality trait?” delivered in 4 days cost me more than $120, which was a lot. No discounts or special offers were available.

To keep the Smartwritingservice.com review unbiased, I should mention that the paper was delivered on time. The structure of the paper and its formatting were not perfect, but they were not too bad. At the same time, the number of typos and data inaccuracies was overwhelming. Shallow research and meaningless statement affected the academic value of the work.

Plagiarism

Although the paper was of average quality, it contained around 15% of plagiarism. I could not believe my eyes from the first time, so apart from PlagScan service, I also used Grammarly to double-check it. Both services showed similar results.

Revisions and Refund Policy

Working on the review of Smartwritingservice.com, I spent some time reading information about free revisions and the money-back guarantee claimed by the service. There are two separate pages dedicated to each question. The comprehensive information is offered there but never applied in real-life situations. Unfortunately, although the issues in the paper I got were obvious, I never got a refund, even partial.

Service Features

Browsing the company website, I came across a few interesting features that attracted my attention. As always, the platform offered a free title page, reference page, and some extras. However, if you are ready to spend a bit more on your assignment, you can get writer samples, copy of sources, progressive delivery, and charts and slides.

Support and Communication

After reading multiple Smartwritingservice reviews, I knew about a few communication channels available on the website. As I prefer online chats, this time, I did not make exceptions. The representatives of the support team are available via phone, email, and live chat. It may take some time to get an answer using the first two methods, so the last one seems the most effective.

As for the support agents, they were friendly and helpful only by the time I asked general questions. When I received an essay filled with mistakes and irrelevant information, I asked for a refund. The attitude towards me changed drastically, and it felt like completely different people were talking to me.
