The service is owned and operated by the company “Crumb4life” LTD, registered in Estonia, Tallinn. And considering the information from their webpage, they have been in the market since 2019.
StudyCrumb Reviews & Online Reputation
I always read other users' reviews to understand whether I was prejudiced. First of all, I opened Sitejabber and was really surprised by 38 five stars StudyCrumb.com reviews. It made me suspicious because I don't believe when everything is so perfect.
I continued digging, and on Reddit, the situation was different. There was only one StudyCrumb review, and it was negative, saying that the main problem was the poor quality of the work.
Customer Complaints
Among the complaints from other users I noticed that many people doubt whether the company registered in Estonia can provide essays in English of high quality.
StudyCrumb at Social Media
I saw on their webpage that they have Instagram and Facebook accounts. But both of them are not active. They have a couple of posts and a small number of followers. Considering current trends in business, it looks like they are not interested in promoting their brand.

Prices & Deadlines
The prices in my opinion are a bit higher than average. Of course you can order a work with a very short deadline of only three hours, but it will cost you a fortune. Check the screens with prices below, I think it can help you make the right choice.
From my experience, I can say that the deadline was fulfilled, but I saw some StudyCrumb reviews where clients mentioned that the deadline was not met.
Discounts and Promo Codes
I found the service’s referral program, where they offer $30 off in case I bring my friend. But considering the quality of the paperwork I received, I wouldn’t do that to my friend. I couldn’t find the discount for the new client, so I asked the support about that. Rebecca was friendly and answered pretty quickly that she could offer me her personal discount with the promo code using her name. So I guess you have to ask every time.
StudyCrumb Writers
I couldn’t find any detailed information about the writers but in their order form there isn’t an option to choose the writer. So I guess the service chooses the experts randomly.
How to Make an Order at StudyCrumb
As in some StudyCrumb reviews, I want to say that the order form is relatively simple and consists only of one step. As always, you have to give all available instructions and details about the required paperwork, as well as your phone number (which I don’t appreciate), email, and name. You also have to accept the Terms and Conditions, so read them carefully.
Paper Quality and Personal Experience
The main disadvantage of my paperwork was really bad language. After reading a considerable number of positive reviews I wasn’t expecting the necessity to double and triple check my essay because there were really a lot of mistakes. Grammar, typos and misspellings, the text was awful. I’m not sure whether it was translated from another language or the author was not a native speaker.
Plagiarism
My paperwork was free from plagiarism. I checked it using Grammarly, but actually wasn’t surprised. The quality was really poor, so the previous would have mentioned that to the service.
Revisions and Refund Policy
I also want to mention in my review of StudyCrumb.com that the service offers a pretty traditional refund policy. You can expect a 100% refund if you cancel your order and it is not assigned to anyone. In other cases, the percentage is calculated separately in any particular case. As per the revision, the Customer is entitled to free amendments to their order within 14 days (up to 30 days for cases involving plagiarism issues or for orders that are 30 pages long and more) after the latest copy of the order has been sent to the Customer. And to expect free revision, the instructions should coincide.

Unfortunately, the StudyCrumb doesn’t have any interesting features that would distinguish them from other services.
Support and Communication
The communication with support was rather pleasant, Rebecca answered quickly and offered the discount in the amount of 7%. It wasn’t very big, but anyway it was pleasant.
Conclusion
To make a long story short, I don’t recommend this service, as it promises more than it can fulfill. The quality was too low, especially considering how much I paid for my paperwork. So, my StudyCrumb.com rating would be 3 out of 5, not more.
